SHIPMENTS:

The shipment of the products is made by Express Courier. The delivery times of the material, from the time of shipment, vary (on average) from 48 to 72 hours (for the islands). Tracking and Insurance included.

SHIPPING FEES:

Shipping costs for Italy are FREE (with payment by credit card). Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and insurance costs. We recommend that you group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore the shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package is insured and special attention is paid to fragile items. The boxes are adequately sized and your items are well protected.

BREAK:

In case of breakage or damage to the ceramic piece, send us a photo upon receipt of the product indicating the problem and we will replace the piece.

The forms of payment accepted are by credit and debit card.
